Refund Policy
Effective 7 October 2026. Clear, fair refund terms for monthly and annual subscriptions.
Try before you pay
Every academy gets 14 days free with no card. Please use the trial to confirm the service suits you — that is what it is for.
Monthly plans
If you are unsatisfied, write to us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that month in full. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month and the next charge does not happen.
Annual plans
Full refund within 14 days of the charge. After that, a pro-rata refund of complete unused months, less any discount already applied for paying annually.
When we cannot refund
Periods already used beyond the windows above, accounts suspended for breaching the Terms of Service, and charges disputed more than 90 days after payment.
How to request one
Email sasikumar23125@gmail.com from your registered address with your academy code (Settings → Subscription) and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–10 working days via Razorpay.
Your data
A refund or cancellation does not delete your records. You can export everything, and files already in your Google Drive stay in your account.
